We booked this lovely apartment building on Booking.com and were pleasantly suprised with the accomodation! A bit tricky to find but the host was great at keeping contact and finding us!  Just a few minutes walk from Astoria train station and the 100E airport bus stop (Look for the coffee shop!) 
Also, only a 5-10 minute walk to the best Ruin Bar, "Szimpla Kert" and the cheapest/best place to eat in Budapest, "Belvarosi Dizotoros".
You really cant beat the location! Easy to walk everywhere from the apartment or get a day travel card from Astoria Station!
The 2 bedroom apartment comfortably fit 4 adults and the beds were quite comfy! There is also a couch in one of the rooms!
The building is residential and really quiet!  We couldnt believe we were in the heart of the city center and there was no noise inside!
The host is quite friendly and provides towels, but be sure to bring your own toilettries.
We would definitely stay here again! Great price and great location!
